Oklahoma Joe's is a really good barbeque restaurant in Kansas City. I was looking for a good rub recipe and I ran across this recipe on the Food Network's website. We used it on smoked brisket and smoked ribs and they were both amazing! This recipe is for a 5-8 lb. chunk of meat. Enjoy!
1/4 cup kosher salt
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons Spanish paprika
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon celery salt
1 tablespoon lemon pepper
1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 cup apple juice
