Burning Weekend

We went up to southeastern Kansas last weekend to burn. We started burning Friday afternoon, burned into the night and lit some more off the next morning. The burn was pretty successful and we had a lot of fun with some great company!

On our way home we stopped off at one of Adam's mom's properties and decided to go ahead and burn it off too. We ran out of fuel about 1/8 of the way into it and had to burn the rest off with a lighter.... it took quite a while but burned better than we thought!

When we got home we were greeted with the cutest yellow lab in the world, spring signs from the flower bed and all of my seeds had sprouted. I'd say it was a very successful weekend!
