Parsley Anyone?

This is the huge pile of flat-leaf Italian parsley that I cut a couple of days ago...in December! It took me about 7 cookie sheets to dry it all. I opted to dehydrate it in the oven instead of dehydrator, I had wayyyyy to much for the dehydrator!

I hope my aunt Penny and uncle Terry see this!
