First shot
First kill! Atta boy dad!
One of Adam's rabbits. Like the hat? Yep, Christmas present from me, and the new bibs, Christmas present from my dad...he's sportin' it alll!
He's big, he's tough, he's mean... ok well he's not mean at all, he's actually a big kid, but he sure can bust through a big blackberry thicket like you've never seen!
My brother Kail and his rabbit, we don't look alike at all.
Gutting the rabbit.
Yep you squeeze it's belly until the guts squirt out of his butt, yummy!
My first one of the day.
Funny guy...
There we go.
Boom Boom Boom... that is what the Duck Commander says... if you have no idea what I'm talking about... don't fret, it's a hunting show. They are sponsored by Benelli and I shoot a Benelli shotgun.
He can' say boom boom boom, because his isn't a Benelli... haha just messin, any shotgun will get the job done.
Gettin' em with the sawed-off... it's legal don't worry.
He shot one in the middle of a gargantuan thick thick thick blackberry thicket and had to go get it, back her in Kail!
That's not my butt! They made me carry all of our rabbits, we walked quite a bit. Girl hunts, girl gathers, girl prepares. What would they do without us ladies?
Thumbs up!
Plus one that I accidentally blew to shreds, whoops!
Dixie likes the rabbits.
So much, that we caught her sneaking off when we were skinning them, so we started watching her. The little turd was taking the rabbit heads, only the rabbit heads, their feet aren't worthy, and taking them and burying them. Not just anywhere though, she buried each one by a post on the cattle panels near by. That way she knows where they are when she wants to go get them. Notice the big clop of mud on her nose? That is how she covered them up. She had the head in her mouth, dug a hole, carefully placed the head in the hole like it was an egg, and then took her nose and covered the head up oh so carefully. The dork ran around with this mud on her nose for a couple of hours until mommy got a picture then wiped it off :)
