Rhodes Dinner Rolls, Clover Style

Rather than letting your Rhodes dinner rolls rise completely, just let them sit out at room temperature until they are thawed and manageable. Once the rolls are thawed, cut each one in half and roll them into balls.

Spray a muffin pan with non-stick spray and place three of your halved Rhodes dinner rolls in each muffin holder. Spray the rolls with some non-stick spray as well and loosely cover the rolls with Saran wrap and place in a warm room, if you are cooking in the kitchen, place near the stove, this will help the rolls rise faster. Once they have risen, you can do all kinds of stuff with these clover rolls. Sprinkle with poppy seeds, sesame seeds, onion powder, onion flakes, garlic powder and brush them with butter, the sky is the limit. Bake until just golden, don't burn, no one likes burnt dinner rolls! Enjoy
