Snow Days!

There are a few perks working for a University, when they close campus, it's not just the students who don't have to go to school, staff and faculty don't have to go either! Faculty get more breaks though! BOOOO I told Adam last night, well heck maybe I should get my Ph.D. while I'm at it! He said, oh no! haha

However, they never let you know the night before. Nope, it's always at about 5:30 in the morning. So getting up early to watch the news on a potential snow day is no problemo for me. I got up super early this morning to find that they are closing campus at 1 and campus will also be closed tomorrow. I was pretty exited!

What does cold, icy, snowy weather mean to me? Playing outside, a constant fire in the house, soup, Carhart bibs, Carhart coats, gloves, hats, lighting huge brush piles on fire, making sure the cows have water, heifers having their calves and NO WORK!

FYI, the temperature has already dropped about 10 degrees since I woke up this morning.
