Dinner At the Stansberry's

Last night I cooked dinner for Chris and his family. We had a lot of fun. I made three large flank steaks, rosemary scalloped potatoes, corn and wild rice and rolls. The way I cooked the flank steak is where you cook it pretty hot on the outside and thinly slice the steak against the grain. I had never cooked flank steak before, but it was surprisingly tender and juicy. So, I decided to pick one up on the way home to cook for Adam and I this weekend. I'm going to try a slightly different flavor for the seasoning. I'll post the recipe soon.

Chris looked good, he actually walked out of the hallway with a drill in his hand because he said he was going to fix a chair. Adam his daughter and I were like whoa, no let someone else do that, you don't need to be moving around! I'm sure it's so hard for him to sit around the house!
