Homemade Croutons

Homemade croutons are sooooo yummy and a lot cheaper to make than buy! Just take one loaf of French bread (or another kind), slice it in half length wise. Then slice it in strips across, then cut cubes. Lay some foil (for easy clean-up) on a cookie sheet. Drizzle a little extra virgin olive oil on top of them, sprinkle some onion powder, salt and pepper and cook at 350 until desired crispiness. Sometimes I like mine a bit soft in the middle.

Ingredients:
1 loaf French bread
Extra virgin olive oil
Onion powder
Kosher salt
Fresh cracked black pepper
