These are sooooo easy, if you love chocolate you will want to marry these cookies.
You need one box of chewy brownie mix, 4 oz. (half a tub) of miracle whip, one egg, about a cup of powdered sugar and M&Ms or chocolate chips.
Mix your egg, room temperature miracle whip and brownie mix in your mixer, or you can beat it with a beater, until smooth.
Fold in your goodies, I used red and white M&Ms. I had never added anything to this recipe before, but I loved the extra texture of the M&Ms. Use as much or little as you want.
Your batter will be really thick, roll them into medium sized balls. Pour about a cup of powdered sugar into a bowl. Roll each cookie ball into the powdered sugar and then place on a greased baking sheet or silicone mat if you have one.
Cook at 380 degrees for 10 minutes on the upper 2/3 of the oven, you don't want cookies with burnt bottoms! Yes 10 minutes, not a second more.
When they are finished immediately remove them to cooling racks. It makes a huge difference!
Notice the hand....
