Dixie and Whiskey Got "Fireplaced"

Yes, there is such a thing as being "fireplaced" at our house. It all started with Adam laying in front of the fire place last winter when we had company. He was asleep in T minus 2 minutes and would NOT wake up. It just must be the warmth that knocks people out, I'm not sure, but it happened to me last winter too, except I was laying on the love seat, which is about 4 feet away. Yes, I got "fireplaced." And now, the pets got "fireplaced."

This is what pets or people look like when they get "fireplaced." This is Dixie and Whiskey laying on Dixie's bed, accompanied by an old camo sleeping bag for extra cushiness. As you can see they are laying right by the fire place. They love it. They are both completely out of it!

They got a little warm and both moved a little away, so we moved the bed with them. Being "fireplaced" is an all night effect.

Back in front of the fire place, they love it!

If you're having trouble sleeping, just go lay in front of the fire place.

This is where I caught her this morning... Right in front of the fire place. Oh ya, and did I mention my most smart lab in the world has started moving her bed? Yes, she grabs it with her mouth and drags it, it's pretty funny to watch. She's so dang smart!
