Bedlam 2011

This year's Bedlam is going to be a little non-traditional. Rather than tailgating we are going to be living-room-gating. The forcast is rain rain rain, and pretty chilly, plus the people we tailgate with aren't tailgating. We intend on going to Stillwater early in the afternoon to hang out and enjoy all the excitement, then come back to watch the game. So instead of bringing one dish to the tailgate, I'll be making everything!

Bedlam Menu:

Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken Dip

  • 2 10 oz. Cans Chicken Breast

  • 2 Blocks Cream Cheese

  • 3/4 C. Hot Sauce

  • 1 Cup Ranch or Blue Cheese

  • 2 Cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded)

Brownie Bites

Chips & Salsa

Chili!

GO POKES!!!!

  1. I really love tailgating and I and my husband will tailgate no matter the weather. As long as we have some chili and our Tailgater from DISH Network, my employer, we'll be alright. We usually don't make it to the stadium because we are too busy enjoying the game from the parking lot. The neat thing about the Tailgater is its light-weight and has a weather resistant cover which is perfect for stormy game days. I almost always bring chili because it is quick and easy and feeds plenty of people and we always meet new friends because they all like to watch the game in HD using the Tailgater. We don’t even need to spend time finding the signal because it does it for you. If you are ever close by, stop and join us.
